What You Will Do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for light industrial roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team priorities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and community outreach.
- Conduct phone screens and in-person interviews to evaluate candidate fit, availability, and work history.
- Coordinate onboarding steps and communicate clearly with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Track applicant progress and maintain accurate recruiting records in applicant tracking systems and related tools.
- Support high-volume hiring needs while delivering a positive candidate experience.
- Collaborate with operations and leadership teams to help meet staffing goals and reduce time-to-fill.
