Job Description:

As an Entry Level Staffing Specialist, you will be a vital part of our recruitment and staffing operations, specifically focusing on light industrial and general labor positions. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process for light industrial and general labor positions, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and application status.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and verify employment credentials.
• Respond to candidate inquiries and provide timely feedback to applicants.
• Participate in job fairs, career events, and other recruitment activities as needed.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
